The Truth

The Practice

Connect Now is a 12-week framework that fits into a busy life. There are three different kinds of activations that get scheduled into the time you already have (but aren't aware of). Plus an hour with Skip every Thursday for the live 1-2-1 group coaching, where you bring whatever's coming up that week and Skip works 1-2-1 in real time in real ways.
You download the activation calendar each week and schedule the provided activations into your week the way you'd schedule any other essential commitment. Then you do them, and the practice changes the frequency you're operating from, the same way doing nothing deactivates you day by day. The difference here is, you get back into the driving seat with your body, mind and spirit all working together instead of feeling like you're being pulled apart or in different directions.
By week 12, you read what you wrote down about yourself in week one and you don't recognise the person you wrote about because you'll evolve through these activations and the unique framework over the 3 months. That's the marker you're looking.
The Three Types of Activations
Connect Now activates the three parts of you (body, mind, and spirit) that need to be awakened daily for your life to actually work. Each part has their own powerful activations and each week you're given a new set of activations that progress throughout the 12 weeks.

Mental work that can challenge what you've been telling yourself. Some of it will land easily. Some of it will trigger belief systems you've been running underneath everything. Both are useful. The mind activation is where most of the resistance shows up, and where most of the breakthrough shows up too.
You lie back and let The Miracle Man's words and music wash over you to take you on these incredible journeys. The spirit activations reconnect you to something bigger than your body and mind. Most members say these are the activations they didn't know they needed until they had them.
Skip designed the activations to all work together so you can finally feel whole instead of empty. By week four, the body activations have built enough capacity so that your mind activations land deeper into your being. By week eight, the mind activations have cleared enough so that the spirit activations can help you to reach further. By week twelve, all three can now run as one powerful engine that you get to drive through life.
The 12 Weeks
Week 1
With intelligent questions that help you to understand where your journey begins, you'll write down who and where you are right now, honestly and specifically. All these questions are around your body, your mind, your energy, your work, your relationships and your patterns. Without knowing exactly where and who you are currently, you'll be powerless to where you'll want to go and who you need to become to fulfill that journey. Remember clarity is power!
You fill them out as truthfully as you can and then your journey and activations begin.
Weeks 2–11
Daily activations for your body, your mind and your spirit are scheduled into your activation calendar at the times that suit you. Weekly Thursday 1pm live 1-2-1 group coaching with Skip, one full hour with your questions and challenges and get ready to start becoming the solutions to your challenges.
The same framework runs every week but the activations themselves change and progress, so the work stays fresh, and Skip's coaching adapts to what you and the group need in real time.
Week 12
You go back and read your week-1 self-assessment and the person you described is not the person you are now. That's the proof you're looking for.
Outcome by week 12: you'll have a daily practice that fits your life, a new energetic baseline, and 12 weeks of receipts that this works.
